While our Body Butter is for moisture, the Dandelion Salve is for structure. We combine rich, unrefined Avocado Oil with cold-pressed Olive Oil—giving the balm a deep earthy color and the capability to penetrate thick, calloused skin. The Science
We use a 50/50 blend of base oils for a broader fatty acid profile. Avocado Oil is chosen for its high content of Sterolins, which penetrate the dermis to carry medicinal compounds deep into sore joints. We balance this with Olive Oil, which provides Squalene and Polyphenols for faster absorption and surface repair. The formula is triple-infused with Dandelion (to relax muscles), Yarrow (a natural styptic that helps seal cracks), and Comfrey (rich in allantoin to speed up cell regeneration).
The Scent
Deeply grounding and medicinal. The coniferous notes of Black Spruce meet the stimulating sharpness of Rosemary and the earthy base of Manuka. It smells like a hike through a coastal redwood forest.
